আইএস’র বিরুদ্ধে নতুন অভিযান শুরু ইরাকের সামরিক বাহিনীর

ইরাকে জঙ্গিগোষ্ঠী আইএস’র বিরুদ্ধে নতুন করে অভিযান শুরু করেছে দেশটির সামরিক বাহিনী।

বিবৃতিতে জানানো হয় সিরিয়া সীমান্তবর্তী এলাকায় রবিবার থেকে এই অভিযান শুরু হয়।
কৌশলগতভাবে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আনবার এবং মসুল প্রদেশের বিভিন্ন এলাকায় চলছে এই অভিযান।

এরই মধ্যে জঙ্গিদের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যাপক সফলতার পাওয়া গেছে বলে দাবী ইরাকি সামরিক বাহিনীর।

আইএস’র ঘাঁটি, প্রশিক্ষণ ক্যাম্প এবং একাধিক বাংকার ধ্বংস করা হয়েছে।
